I am an IT professional with 33 years of age and over 14 years of experience, always seeking new knowledge and challenges. My journey began as a computer maintenance technician, where I worked with hardware and software maintenance and sales.
With the goal of gaining a deeper understanding of how the software industry operates, I decided to pursue a degree, which broadened my horizons and provided me with internship opportunities. These experiences were crucial in the development of my career in the software market.
After the internship, I had the opportunity to join Neokoros Brasil, where I was hired and was able to expand my vision of the industry. Over the years, I continuously sought to enhance my skills by attending courses, lectures, conferences, and technology fairs, as well as completing post-graduate studies in Project Management and Software Engineering. With 10 years at the company, I currently serve as Implementation Manager, focusing on all stages of each project, always prioritizing results and the development of the team.

I am responsible for coordinating all project stages, from requirements gathering to solution delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams, clients, and business areas. I oversee the development, integration, and implementation of biometric systems and technological solutions. I also manage project schedules, performance indicators, priorities, and risk management, ensuring delivery quality, compliance with deadlines, and operational efficiency throughout the projects.

In addition to working as Project Manager and venturing into software development, I make the most of my free time.I am passionate about physical exercise and regularly go to the gym.
I am also a fan of science fiction movies and TV shows, and I enjoy following my football teams, being a devoted supporter of Flamengo. During vacations, I love to travel and explore new cultures. I have already had the opportunity to visit several countries in Europe and am planning to explore more destinations.
